Terms of Service

These terms apply when an organization or invited user accesses EasyUpdate. They are meant to keep the service clear, secure, and useful for business communication.

Using EasyUpdate

  • EasyUpdate is a business communication service for organizations and their invited users. You may use the service only if you are authorized by the organization that owns the workspace.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that happens through your account.
  • The mobile app is a companion to the EasyUpdate web workspace. Organization setup, billing, administrative configuration, and user invitations are managed on the web.

Customer Content

  • Organizations and users are responsible for the recordings, work item details, customer contact information, messages, and other content they submit to EasyUpdate.
  • You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and consents needed to record, upload, process, translate, approve, and deliver that content through the service.
  • EasyUpdate may process submitted content to provide playback files, transcripts, summaries, translations, delivery links, status history, and related workflow features.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use EasyUpdate to violate laws, infringe rights, send abusive or deceptive communications, upload harmful code, interfere with the service, or access data you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, recipient verification, rate limits, storage controls, or review and approval workflows.
  • EasyUpdate may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect the service, customers, recipients, or other users.

SMS Program

  • Program: EasyUpdate service updates. Customers who opt in on a business's EasyUpdate opt-in page receive text messages about their job from that business, such as links to video updates, plus confirmation and verification texts.
  • Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to stop all EasyUpdate texts to your number; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To opt back in, text START to the same number, then submit the opt-in form again. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@easyupdate.pro.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how phone numbers and opt-in data are handled.

Third-Party Services

  • EasyUpdate uses third-party providers for capabilities such as authentication, hosting, storage, media processing, transcription, translation, email, SMS, billing, diagnostics, and infrastructure.
  • Use of those providers is limited to operating and supporting the service, subject to the privacy policy and applicable provider terms.

Availability and Changes

  • EasyUpdate may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time.
  • We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact processing times, or error-free transcription, summarization, or translation.
  • Users should review important outputs before relying on them, especially customer-facing messages, translated content, and approval decisions.

Billing and Termination

  • Paid plans, trials, seat limits, renewals, cancellations, and billing details are managed through the EasyUpdate web workspace or agreed customer order terms.
  • An organization may deactivate users or stop using the service. EasyUpdate may terminate or suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, misuse, or violation of these terms.
  • Certain records may be retained after termination where needed for security, compliance, dispute resolution, or operational history.

Disclaimers and Liability

  • The service is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • EasyUpdate is not responsible for business losses, indirect damages, or issues caused by unauthorized use, customer-provided content, third-party services, network conditions, or misuse of the service.
  • Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the service during the period allowed by applicable law.
